Dr Neil Fell PhD
After completing my academic journey in Sports Science, I played a key role in the development of Total Fitness Health Clubs. This led to my involvement in setting up and managing the World Class Sports Medicine and Human Performance Facility at St. George's Park, the training home of the England Football Teams.
Now back in the Health & Fitness World, I am really excited about using all of my experiences and knowledge in developing the onePT concept, and ensure we deliver on our promises and therefore ultimately help our members and clients achieve their goals.
"I am personally excited for us to be introducing EMS to our clients. We know this will not only make a huge different to their training, but we also hope it encourages more people to start their fitness journey.
We know EMS training is highly time-efficient, perfectly suited to the time deprived and health conscious. I believe EMS training is for everyone. It lends itself to all types of individuals, from those looking to lose body fat and tone up or those undergoing injury rehabilitation. It's highly effective to those suffering with lower back pain or joint issues, and it is equally perfect for the active ageing community, and in particular those individuals who do not enjoy a typical gym environment and want results.
EMS training is also effective for people looking to achieve that extra edge in their sport. Whether it is running, cycling, tennis or golf - you name it. EMS training can really make the difference and one 20 minute session per week is all it takes."
