Great team of trainers who really care about your goals. Helped me return to fitness from various injuries to my hips and knees - their guidance gave me the confidence to enjoy running again. I enjoy their Westminster studio where I do EMS 1-2 x weekly and Reformer Pilates with them when I get time. Thank you Vive.

As a Personal Trainer and yoga teacher I love adding EMS exercise with Vive as part of my weekly routine. It helps me feel energised and toned, particularly in my glutes & core. The team are fun and friendly, too. Really enjoying my sessions, thank you ☺️

They were very welcoming , I did love the soreness I felt the next few days . The venue is so clean fresh can’t help but say the staff were super friendly and not over bearing about joining them like other places tend to do

I have trained with Vive for a couple of months and have really noticed the difference. I enjoy how relaxed and friendly the environment is, and really enjoy how quick the sessions are. You get a great workout in 20mins - highly efficient. My posture has improved a lot, which was my main aim when I joined, and I have lost weight. It's a cool studio too, and the team make you feel so welcome - I really recommend training here, thanks Vive
